I am following the fast track but cannot train at 5.30 how do I change the plan around to train first thing??

No problem Laura, either have your breakfast before you train, or have it as your post-workout snack if you prefer to train on an empty stomach. You could also have a smoothie before you train to give you some energy without being too heavy on your stomach. Then continue to eat every 2-3 hours from after you have finished training 👍🏻
